Divorce via phone or telegram 

There is no need for the wife to exist for divorce. The divorce will occur when he says talaq words or write nominating her. So, if one divorces through phone or telegram it will happen. However, just phone voice or telegram text isn't enough for evidence because of the similarity between two voices. There is no text of that person in the telegram rather the text belongs to the third person which is not believable that the text is really written by the person that is claimed to be the writer.
