ذبح کے دوران گردن الگ کرلی تو کیا جانور حلال ہوگا؟

If animal's neck gets isolated during slaughter would the animal be Halal or Haram? 

If that happens deliberately it will be Makrooh but the animal is Halal. 

So, the jurists say that if one slaughters the neck of camel, goat, or cow and isolated it and read Bismillah the animal will be Halal if he did on his throat but he made the mistake.

 ذبح کے دوران اگر گردن الگ ہوجائے تو اس کا کیا حکم ہے کیا وہ جانور حلال ہوگا یا حرام؟ اس میں تفصیل یہ ہے کہ اس نے ایسا قصدا کیا ہے تو جانور تو حلال ہوجائےگا لیکن اس کا یہ فعل غلط شمار ہوگا۔
